One of the best locations to photograph the charismatic and colourful puffin is on the small Skomer Island in southwestern Wales. In spring and early summer the puffins nest in burrows alongside the footpaths and are very accessible to photograph. And it is not all about puffins as stunning razorbills and guillemots are to be found on the islands as well.
